The whole experience was outstanding. It has been a while since I have experienced and entire staff smiling, eager to help and so on point! The management and staff here at Wigwam definitely have a top notch model many other business/employees should adopt. Thank you for a great stay and experience.

We stayed here for our wedding night and while the resort is quite charming it really didn’t have many resort-like amenities or touches like many of the other resorts we have stayed at. For instance, no free water bottles, you had to pay for that ($6 by the way) no microwave, again you had to pay for that also. I mean even the most basic hotels have that. They also had to change rooms since they didn’t have our suite available and we had to opt for a smaller option. The biggest thing for me though was the lack of safety protocols. We didn’t discover that our sliding patio door wasn’t locked until our second night there, and on top of that the lock was so jammed we almost couldn’t even lock it. Worst of all, housekeeping left the door to our room open for our entire wedding day. It wasn’t until when we got there that night I noticed the door was not latched. I’m a wedding photographer and I had over $10,000 worth of camera equipment and important photos that were at risk of being stolen. There are few other annoying things like the automatic lights in the restroom that constantly shut off after about minute and you can’t even take a shower without it turning off within 2 minutes of showering. Was here for a wedding recently and the staff were super helpful!! The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, Blair was such a huge help with the day-of schedule and keeping everything on track. Malachi at the valet was also very quick to bring my car up after the rehearsal which was a huge help with my mobility issues!! Overall fantastic stay!

The Wigwam is truly a wonderful place to get away and enjoy. The food was great from the pool service to the restaurants and bar. A large number of the rooms have been updated and are spectacular. Your choice of 3 wonderful golf curses topped off our weekend there.
