My husband and I arrived early to enjoy my birthday prior to a conference he was attending. Upon check in, Anne noticed right away that we were in a room with 2 queen beds. She recognized that we were there for a couples getaway and upgraded us to a king suite on the fairway. What an incredible experience! We woke up to a pristine golf course, ventured to the market for coffee and came back to enjoy our beautiful room. The room we stayed in was perfect. It had ample space and lovely decor. We enjoyed the pool, gym, multiple restaurants on property (including Litchfield's...highly recommend). The staff was incredible throughout. The woman that manages the Market was the nicest lady. She welcomed us every day when we got our Starbucks (at 6:00 a.m.). We ventured off property twice for meals (Bella Luna and the Park Cafe). Both were great and close by. The pool was so relaxing and the staff was attentive yet gave us space to relax in a no-pressure atmosphere. The gym has excellent equipment and we went for a run in the neighboring community, which has lovely homes and accessible pathways. Neither one of us play golf or tennis, but we could tell how popular both activities are there. In short, this is a very charming, well-appointed property that does not feel like a hotel at all. I had a short stay here with the front half being business and the remaining pleasure and it was great! The room was great and spacious and I liked how the resort was spread out. I definitely recommend checking out their spa; the massage was excellent and enjoyed the amenities fully.

Wonderful business trip here and I appreciate how accommodating the staff was. Malachi was very helpful with getting me and bags around the property. The property is massive and it helps to have such great staff willing to help navigate.

I recently attended a 3-day conference where I observed the resort staff go out of their way to welcome and assist visitors with cheerfulness and professionalism. It should be no surprise after watching the video that showcases employee longevity that the staff are proud of what they do and have created a family for themselves at their workplace. It shows!
