Reimagined Cocktails
Our menu pays tribute to classic cocktails from the bygone era with some Arizona twists on tradition. All our craft beverages are created and presented by Litchfield’s bar team.Litchfield’s Smoked Old Fashioned$ 19Wigwam Private Reserve Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon, maple, black walnut bitters, orange, smoke
Our signature cocktail, the Smoked Old Fashioned. We use our own Single Barrel Reserve Knob Creek Bourbon and present the smoke show tableside.
Citrus Highball$ 14Jim Beam Orange, Madagascar vanilla, ginger ale
The citrus is a nod to two of Arizona’s five C’s— citrus and climate. The Wigwam is full of orange and citrus trees, strolling through the property one can feel refreshed and relaxed while taking in the citrusy notes that permeate the air.
Wigwam’s Arizona Republic$ 16Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Dubbonet Rouge, ginger beer, Luxardo Cherry Liqueur, bitters, simple syrup
The Arizona Republic cocktail was created in 1910 at the Old Ford Hotel in Phoenix in honor of the passing of the statehood bill that made Arizona a state.
The Paul Litchfield Daiquiri$ 15Bacardi Rum, house-made pineapple syrup, fresh lime
The pineapple and the presentation of this cocktail remind us of the palm trees that Paul Litchfield made sure were planted all around the Wigwam and the city that also bears his name.
Bee’s Knees$ 17Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin, fresh lemon, house-made pomegranate honey
The Bee’s Knees cocktail dates back to prohibition, slang for “the best.” We added pomegranate honey using organic honey sourced from Blue Sky Farms, a local farm in Litchfield Park.
