For hundreds of years, people have traveled to the Sonoran Desert in Arizona for the health, relaxation, and pleasure that our arid, sunny climate grants to both body and soul. The Wigwam embraces all of these objectives. With 440 acres of wide-open spaces, a serene landscape, and 300 days of sunshine yearly, The Wigwam is a sanctuary of relaxation and renewal.

Embrace the aqua challenge and sculpt your body with liquid resistance! This water workout improves strength & cardiovascular endurance without straining the joints.
Yogalates
A classic infusion of Yoga and Pilates providing a low-impact posture, stretch, and core strengthening routine.
Piyo
A Pilates-Yoga infusion of dynamic bodyweight strength-training, focusing on the core with emphasis on flexibility and balance.
Total Body Conditioning
Get your strength and endurance revved up in this full body workout blending Pilates, barre and more.

Meet Me at the Barre
Wednesdays in September | 6:15-7:00pm | Trellis GardenComplimentary & open to the public
Barre class combines ballet moves, Pilates and yoga to improve balance and stimulate the core. Barre includes the use of a barre or chair as a tool for emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement while connecting the breath and mind-body connection. We focus isolation of the tiny muscles, so they better support the larger muscles. Small movements equal big results!
Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.

Basic Yoga

Our basic yoga class is perfect for anyone new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner needing more hip-opening flow postures.

The Wigwam features three 18-hole courses: The Gold Course, recognized as one of Arizona's most challenging and respected golf courses, The Blue Course, a combination of character and contradiction, sporty and subtle, aggravating and invigorating; and The Red Course, the favorite among locals and club members. Each offers a unique challenge for golf enthusiasts to keep the game exciting.

Thanks to the ideal Arizona weather and our illuminated facilities, Tennis has become one of the favorite recreation activities for our guests. We also offer private lessons specialized to improve your swing and footwork.
