Barre class combines ballet moves, Pilates and yoga to improve balance and stimulate the core. Barre includes the use of a barre or chair as a tool for emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement while connecting the breath and mind-body connection. We focus isolation of the tiny muscles, so they better support the larger muscles. Small movements equal big results!

Mat Pilates

Wednesdays in March | 5:30-6:15pm | Trellis Garden

Complimentary & open to the public

Get a full-body workout while lengthening and strengthening your body using control. Improve core strength and flexibility with our 45-minute class using traditional mat Pilates movements, led by Nicole Warren. Modifications and variations are provided to optimize individual conditioning. The core principles of this class are stabilization, precision, control, concentration, flow and breath. This class is ideal for all levels of ability.

Time to pump it up with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! This class is great for everyone. The goal is to vary intensity intervals to increase aerobic and anaerobic endurance. The music is turned up and the energy is high - be prepared to sweat and have fun in HIIT!

A restorative yoga class suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, featuring an invigorating flow focused on hip-opening postures. Following the session, immerse yourself in our serene atmosphere with a guided meditation that integrates breathing techniques, visualizations, and mantras, fostering greater mindfulness, peace, and harmony in your everyday life.
