Great place to come and relax and getaway. Tucked away yet centrally located to everything you would need. The staff treat you like royalty. The rooms are covid clean. The pools are nice and refreshing and extremely big. The main pool has 2 huge slides for both kids and adults. There is shade and misters everywhere. The layout is perfect. Whether you come with your family, a group of adults, couples, etc there is something for everyone. From elegance to causal. There were many events going on when we were there for kids and adults. Also lawn games near the pool. There are 3 golf courses which are beautiful. They'll even come right to your room snd take you over if you don't want to walk. I loved the ease of texting the staff for anything we needed. They responded promptly and took care of everything we needed. Our family will definitely return. This resort is fantastic

We had an amazing weekend staying at the Wigwam. We were there for 4 nights in one of the standard 2 queen rooms. The pool was so much fun for the kids, the water was the perfect temperature (for me!) and believe it or not, even with it being over 100 degrees, the Oasis pool was too cold for us. But the main pool which is heated was great. The property is beautiful, so many flowers everywhere. We had a very delicious lunch poolside. The staff is extremely responsive. They have you text any concerns or anything you need and they respond immediately. Our a/c was working in our room and they slaved away at it diligently, but it kept giving out so they had someone come over and move all our stuff for us to another room. The rooms are larger than at a Marriott, where we usually stay. There are a ton of ice machines around the property for making those drinks nice and cold. They had movie night at the pool on Saturday, which the kids loved. Be aware that the minimum height for the water slide is 48". They give you wristbands for the pool when you check in which you have to have on, I did see them stop a woman who was missing hers. I have nothing bad to say at all, we had an amazing weekend and will stay here again

Great holiday stay
We stayed at the WigWam over the New Years holiday and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. From the huge and immaculate room to the impeccable landscaping, this place is a gem. While we had very minimal interaction with the staff due to COVID, everything has been prepared in advance for our arrival and stay. The bathroom was massive and nice. While the buildings are older, they seem to be well maintained, and the historical charm and beauty of the WigWam can't be had in brand new hotels. I highly recommend travelers to Phoenix consider staying here.
