Hear the colorful story of The Wigwam's history as it moved through the isolated years of a frontier company town, the trying times of the Great Depression and World War II, the prosperous years of post-World War II America, several rocky years of uncertainty, and today's joyful renewal as recently named 2022's Best Historic Resort by Historic Hotels of America. Presented by one of the P.W. Litchfield Heritage Center docents, the lecture is a fascinating look at over 100 years of hospitality in one corner of Arizona.

The Four Corners of Litchfield Park | $500

Take a walking tour through the four corners of Litchfield Park and experience over 100 years of transformation as a small company town that evolved into an American New Town Village and ended as a unique Arizona city. Leading the tour will be a P.W. Litchfield Heritage Center docent who will relate the history of each of the buildings along the way. A full-color souvenir booklet is included for each tour participant. Please wear comfortable shoes.
