LOVED the property, gorgeous and unique. Each and every staff were amazing. LOVE that you have a resort dog, he's adorable. Room was huge. Surprised at the quality of tennis and golf facilities. out door fire places were a nice touch!

The rooms are in serious need of update. A notice was posted in our suite that refurbish is coming in the spring. Really nice property, good location, suite extremely large. The pools are also in need of update but despite the condition the resort was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. Housekeeping attentive. Front desk service is excellent.

We stayed when the weather was rather cool and wet so didn’t get to use the pool however there was a lot to do. Fitness room was well equipped and their Spa was fabulous. Only downfall was their WiFi service was forever cutting up and was very frustrating (hence 4/5 stars). The staff was always friendly and very efficient. Very comfortable beds. Very clean grounds.

Wonderful Lobby, reception area and library. The reception staff were helpful and pleasant. The grounds are lovely. The pool is nice but not restful. There isn't any staff at the poolside. Kids were jumping in and out of the hot tub and people were eating fried food while soaking in the hot tub, dropping crumbs into the water. The outdoor furniture both in the pool area and on the patios is a little worn.Our casita was spacious and functional, the beds were comfortable. Only was club chair, the furnishing are going to be up-dated, apparently over the next few months. The food was average the service was average.
