Anniversary Getaway

I have vacationed at the Wigwam many times over the past 25 years and I am never disappointed. This trip was a milestone stone wedding anniversary on NYE so I reached out to the sales department for help with the details. Marie helped me book the perfect room, dining and activities.The customer service here is exceptional. Special thank you to the gentleman in room service (breakfast on New Years Day) who’s attention to detail and friendliness was sincerely appreciated. This property is special and we will definitely be back.

So much potential

We were so excited to stay at the Wigwam When we saw the lobby it was exactly as we had hoped. However, when we got to our room it was very different. Old, tired, rust window frames around our shower, bad 90s office looking furniture. Holiday Inn type decor. Really outdated!We left our tired room for 12 hours Saturday and came back to dirty sheets, towels, unmade bed. I called and asked for maid service and was told it’s every 3rd night. I was stunned. They offered to send fresh towels.Prior to our arrival I called the hotel restaurant reservation line 4 times and 4 days before our stay to make one dinner reservation. I even got the manager Anthony’s voice mail and zero return calls for 1 dinner reservation. Such horrible service it was unreal. For $800 a night, this was not a 5 star resort or experience. We will not stay there ever again! Sad because it has such potential

Excellent Customer Service

This is my 2nd stay. I had a thermostat issue upon arrival and the staff promptly switched my room and accommodated my request for a King Bed. The amenities were top notch, but my wife and I really enjoyed the easy to use coffee maker in the room with Starbucks coffee that was replenished by room service daily. Being I stayed for just under a week, the giant closet space was also awesome so I could hang all of my clothes in my bag.

Golf

3 wonderfulThree wonderful golf courses. Golf shop staff very professional, outside service quick and friendly. Food and service at Red’s excellent. Rooms large and comfortable. You walk everywhere on property, whether it’s golf, tennis, gym. Course stores clubs and has them on carts in the morning. Red course very friendly for all levels of play.
