History & Glory of the Tournament
The Wigwam and its 54-hole championship-level courses witnessed the evolution of Arizona's golf scene and became part of that history. To immortalize its place in the world of golf, former Vice President and General Manager of The Wigwam, Cecil Ravenswood, started the Annual Interclub Challenge in 1989.
Over the years, the Pro-Am tournament has gathered a loyal and robust fan-following across the States. Teams from Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, California, Louisiana, Nebraska, and Kansas have battled for the honor and glory of this prestigious tournament every year in January at our signature Blue, Gold, and Red courses.

Junior Golf Camp: Partnered with the non-profit College Golf Experience, The Wigwam hosts a unique golf learning experience for juniors at our championship-level courses. Aspiring collegiate student-athletes are encouraged to take part in the Mountain West Junior Golf Camp.
Swings & Swigs: Book a tee time and get $20 at Red's Bar & Grill for $15. You can take advantage of the fully-stocked bar and signature dining menu, with a full view of our lush green courses and the fairway. Unwind with your favorite beverage after a long game of golf.
