For a taste of the sea, there's the peel & eat shrimp with crab claws, flavored with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon squeeze. The main entrees are what it's all about this Mother's Day at Litchfield's: smoked salmon cobb with boiled egg, radish, tomato and bacon, crab benedict with lump crab, poached egg, English muffin and béarnaise. There's also the huevos rancheros made with pulled pork, fried egg, black bean and red rice.
