Lengthen, tone, and shape your body at our 45-minute barre classes led by Nicole Warren.
Barre class combines ballet moves, Pilates and yoga to improve balance and stimulate the core. Barre includes the use of a barre or chair as a tool for emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement while connecting the breath and mind-body connection. We focus isolation of the tiny muscles, so they better support the larger muscles. Small movements equal big results! This total body class targets hips, glutes, abs & arms.

This class is $20 per person of $25 for two people. Complimenary to Resort Guests & Country Club Members.
