Improve core strength and flexibility with our 45-minute class using traditional mat Pilates movements, led by Nicole Warren. The core principles of this class are stabilization, precision, control, concentration, flow and breath. This class is ideal for all levels of ability.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.
