This 45-minute Barre class is designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt the body. It combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to improve balance while strengthening and engaging the core. The class incorporates the use of a barre or chair to emphasize proper form and alignment, while encouraging breath awareness and a strong mind-body connection.
Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.
