This 45-minute Barre class, led by Nicole Warren, will lengthen, tone, and shape your body. Barre class combines ballet moves, Pilates and Yoga to improve balance and stimulate the core. Barre includes the use of a barre or chair as a tool for emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement while connecting the breath and mind-body connection.
Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.
