Embrace the aqua challenge and sculpt your body with liquid resistance! This water workout improves strength & cardiovascular endurance without straining the joints.
YOGALATES

A Pilates-Yoga infusion of dynamic bodyweight strength-training, focusing on the core with emphasis on flexibility and balance.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Get your strength and endurance revved up in this full body workout blending Pilates, barre and more.
Get a full-body workout while lengthening & strengthening your body using control. Improve core strength and flexibility with our 45-minute class using traditional mat Pilates movements, led by Nicole Warren. Modifications and variations are provided to optimize individual conditioning. The core principles of this class are stabilization, precision, control, concentration, flow and breath. This class is ideal for all levels of ability.
Please bring a yoga mat and water.
The Wigwam Fitness Center offers premium Nautilus equipment, a Peloton Bike, and specially designed classes for premium cardio, yoga, aerobics and more at the Motion Studio
Guests must be 16 years or older to use the Fitness Center. Guests aged 16-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or older.
Biking and running maps are also available at the Front Desk.
Ride easy with the E-bike! Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or new to two wheeled travel, the E-Bike is perfect for all riders. With little pedaling effort, riders will enjoy a comfortable ride on any terrain and speed up those hills with ease. Riders can also choose to not pedal the entire time.
