Get a full-body workout while lengthening & strengthening your body using control. Improve core strength and flexibility with our 45-minute class using traditional mat Pilates movements, led by Nicole Warren. Modifications and variations are provided to optimize individual conditioning. The core principles of this class are stabilization, precision, control, concentration, flow and breath. This class is ideal for all levels of ability.
