About This Event

Join us at The Wigwam for a weekend of wellness activities including complimentary fitness classes.

Pilates principles combined with Tabata training: high intensity, low impact, total body workout to sculpt and strengthen the body.

Fitness class space is limited. Please reserve your spot on Eventbrite.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
