My first stay at the Wigwam and I will be back. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Clean and quiet. The food is good and the grounds are very nice. The fitness area is good. I didn’t get a chance to use the courts but they appeared to be busy!

Beautiful property and friendly staff! Food had a lot to be desired. Would be five- star if they worked on their room service and restaurant menus. Great tennis complex and golf course. A bit of a trek to get to so don’t go during rush hour like we did.

We recently visited with extended family for thanksgiving and had a wonderful trip. We are really looking forward to coming back. That being said, no property is perfect! Positive aspects of our stay included comfortable accommodations and ample resort amenities. The furniture in our room was very comfortable and the space was clean. There were multiple restaurants available with good food, and we enjoyed the pool. The resort was also close to multiple phoenix area family friendly attractions. We had thanksgiving dinner at Litchfield's at the resort and the food, service and cocktails were WONDERFUL. We also really enjoyed the Christmas programming that started right after thanksgiving. Areas for improvement include internet access. We made multiple complaints about Wi-Fi connectivity. Maintenance was unable to correct the issue. We were offered the opportunity to switch rooms but we opted not to bc moving rooms with little kids is hassle and we preferred to stay close to our other family members. I also wish filtered water and microwaves were provided, but those things are easy to work around.

We enjoyed our 1 bedroom unit for our family of 4 (2 teens). We got a nice refurbished room with king bed and queen sofa bed. Plenty of seating, and the bathroom layout allowed less friction with bathroom/getting ready time. The resort has great amenities for a nice re-energizing vacation. We took advantage of the pool (& slides), hot tub, gym, and tennis courts. I was looking forward to the wellness/fitness classes, but they were cancelled the week of our stay. The firepits throughout the property was nice for night conversations. Love the texting feature to contact customer relations, from anywhere. Everyone was very responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you to everyone.
