Join us in the tranquil Arizona Room every Wednesday in October at 6:00pm for "Movement of the Mind & Body" Sunset Yoga class followed by a guided meditation, both led by Nicole Warren. Our 45 minute yoga restorative yoga class is perfect for anyone who is new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner needing more hip opening flow postures. After class unwind in our peaceful surroundings with our 30 minute guided meditation which incorporates breathing techniques, visualizations & matras which allow you to have more mindfulness, peace and harmony in your daily life.
