Meet Me at the Barre

This 45-minute complimentary Barre class, led by Nicole Warren, will lengthen, tone, and shape your body.
Barre class combines ballet moves, Pilates and yoga to improve balance and stimulate the core. Barre includes the use of a barre or chair as a tool for emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement while connecting the breath and mind-body connection. We focus isolation of the tiny muscles, so they better support the larger muscles. Small movements equal big results!
