Designed with Yoga & Pilates, Yoga & Barre or Yoga & HIIT. These combined postures and modalities will increase flexibility and strength while tightening and toning your core. You will learn to connect the mind and body through combined movements of breath and body control.

Please bring a yoga mat and water.
